Pussies With The Willow
A contemporary wall piece; here I've used "Oxford Violet" which grows purple and due to a yeast growth coating appears blue. The catkins start looking pink but turn grey to blue, complementing the blue willow.63cm x 54cm. Private Collection.

A real struggle ensued when I started making this unique basket. The ribs which form the carrying structure had a mind of their own - like a shopping trolley! In the end they went where I wanted them in the loveliest way.
